What Packlech collects and how it’s used.
What we collect
For a listing: the route, date, size, offered pay, description, and the contact phone number you provide. For a driver account: your mobile number, your subscription status, and any packages you save.
Who sees a listing’s contact info
A package’s description and the sender’s phone number are shown to drivers under the access model in effect — subscription, one-time unlock, or openly during periods when the board is made free. Don’t put anything in a listing you wouldn’t want a driver to see.
Accounts & text messages
Drivers sign in with their mobile number. We send a one-time code by SMS through a messaging provider to confirm it’s you. There’s no password.
Payments
Driver subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; we keep only your subscription status and renewal date.
Storage & sharing
Data is stored in our database to run the board. We don’t sell your information and only share what’s needed to run the Service — for example Stripe (payments), our SMS provider (sign-in codes), and our hosting provider.
Your control
Senders can view, edit, or delete listings anytime in "My listings" using the phone number and PIN they posted with. Drivers can sign out anytime and ask us to remove their account and saved data. Contact us to delete your information.
