Packlech ("the Service") is a community board where people post packages they need delivered, along with what they’ll pay. Drivers subscribe for a monthly fee to view a package’s description and contact details and reach out. We are not a delivery company, courier, or carrier, and we are not part of any arrangement you make.
What we do and don’t do
We only show listings so people can find each other. We do not pick up, carry, deliver, inspect, insure, or take responsibility for any package, and we do not screen, vet, or vouch for any sender or driver.
Posting is free
Posting a package costs nothing. A listing’s route, size, timing, and offered pay are shown publicly; the description and contact information are shown to drivers according to the access model in effect — by subscription or one-time payment, or openly during periods when the board is made free.
Driver subscription
Drivers pay a recurring monthly fee, processed by Stripe, to unlock descriptions and contact details and to filter the board. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel; cancelling stops future charges but the current period is non-refundable. A subscription only provides access to listings — it does not guarantee any package, delivery, income, or result.
The pay amount
The amount on a listing is what the sender is offering the driver. It’s agreed and paid directly between the two people. We never see, hold, or guarantee it.
No guarantee — and not our responsibility
We don’t guarantee any listing is accurate, that anyone will take a package, or that it will be picked up, delivered, on time, or at all. Any loss, theft, damage, delay, non-delivery, injury, dispute, fraud, or scam — whether in sending, receiving, paying, or being paid — is solely between the users involved and is not our responsibility. You use the Service at your own risk.
Prohibited
No cash or untracked valuables. Nothing illegal. No weapons, drugs, or controlled substances. No hazardous, flammable, or unaccompanied perishable items. Nothing that breaks the law or another person’s rights. The sender is fully responsible for the contents.
Accounts, conduct & age
Driver accounts are tied to your mobile number; keep access to it secure. Keep listings accurate; don’t harass, scam, or misuse contact details. We may suspend or remove any listing or account at any time. You must be at least 18.
As-is
The Service is provided "as is," with no warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Packlech and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of it. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept them.
